Episode #10: "Back The Blue" - The Libertarian Republican Podcast
Monday Aug 09, 2021
Monday Aug 09, 2021
The conversation around "Back The Blue" is a great opportunity for Republicans to talk about how destructive Democrat "rule" is and how the Democrats are using police as the scapegoat for their own failed governing philosophy. It's also a time for Republicans to talk about the proper role of Government itself, and how the powers of the police can be, as George Washington said of government, "a dangerous servant and a fearful master."

Free market capitalism is a vastly better concept around which to organize a society than socialism, which is really just centralized government control. Each individual has the power in a capitalistic system and their incentives are to serve their fellow man, where socialism gives all of the power to a parasitic political class with an incentive to avoid accountability.

Episode #8 - Individualism versus Collectivism
Friday Jul 30, 2021
Friday Jul 30, 2021
Republicans need to be the party of The Individual, and provide voters with a stark contrast to the Democrats, who are the party of The Collective. Democrats will happily crush individual rights, as long as they can say it's "for the greater good."

Monday Jul 19, 2021
Here is one quick fix for America's health care system that we, as Republicans, can rally around and propose: Abolish the FDA's monopoly on testing and approving drugs, devices and procedures. Monopolies are bad, right?

Episode #5: The Knowledge Problem - The Libertarian Republican Podcast
Tuesday Jul 13, 2021
Tuesday Jul 13, 2021
I'm merely a "layman," not a PhD or even an economist, but in this episode I do my best to describe "the knowledge problem." In order to advocate for free markets and limited government, we have to really understand how free markets work and why they're better and more efficient that government "central planning."

Episode #3: Origin Story - The Libertarian Republican Podcast
Friday Jul 09, 2021
Friday Jul 09, 2021
This is my "Origin Story" - how I learned that the people in charge are morons during the Financial Crisis of 2008. They told us it was "unregulated capitalism," but it was really just misguided economic meddling by the morons in charge.

Thursday Jul 01, 2021
Thursday Jul 01, 2021
The first episode of the new Libertarian Republican Podcast! In this episode, I (Chris) talk about my hopes and dreams for helping Republicans to better focus on the core philosophy of what it really means to be a Republican. Decentralization is the goal, and a more small "L" libertarian attitude will help us to win arguments, and win elections.
